Weave Launches Partner Marketplace to Enhance Healthcare Business Platform

Weave, a platform designed for small- to medium-sized healthcare businesses, has introduced a partner marketplace aimed at boosting operational efficiency and improving patient experiences. The new Weave Partner Marketplace includes a range of affiliate products and services accessible via the Weave platform or the company’s website, according to a press release issued on Wednesday.

The marketplace offers a variety of solutions that cater to different aspects of healthcare practice management. These include tools for patient education, membership plans, human resources (HR) management, compliance, clinical intelligence, and virtual reception services.

“Our focus with the Weave Marketplace is to create an intersection where together, our partners and customers can bring best-in-class technology solutions to practices, ensuring an optimal experience for practitioners and their patients,” said Marcus Bertilson, Chief Operating Officer of Weave.

Weave’s platform integrates various stages of the customer journey, from the initial phone call to the final invoice, facilitating enhanced communication and engagement between healthcare practices and their patients.

In February, Weave expanded its payments suite by introducing payment plans, allowing customers to pay their bills in installments. This feature enables healthcare businesses to set up and manage recurring payment schedules by specifying the amount due, the first billing date, and the duration of payments.

Earlier in January, Weave added Automated Clearing House (ACH) debit payments to its suite of products. This addition allows patients to pay their co-pays or bills directly from their bank accounts, offering a more convenient and secure payment method, reducing transaction costs, and improving payment timeliness for healthcare providers.

Weave also integrated artificial intelligence (AI)-driven voicemail transcriptions into its platform in October. This feature allows healthcare providers to read transcribed voicemail messages from patients, enhancing efficiency and privacy. The transcriptions can be accessed through Weave’s desktop application or mobile app, making it easier for busy practitioners to manage communications.
