Wearable devices like smartwatches have helped fuel this trend, with nearly one-third of Americans now using them to keep tabs on their health. Wellness has become a top priority for half of U.S. consumers, reflecting a growing cultural emphasis on proactive health management.

The typical health tracker is a college-educated man earning a six-figure income, living outside major cities, and motivated by data to optimize his well-being. Most adjust their habits regularly based on their health data: 36% tweak supplements, diet, or workouts every few months, and 25% make monthly changes.

Fitness tracking covers a broad range of activities, from strength training to endurance sports like running and cycling, and even combat sports such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This shows how men are integrating health data into diverse aspects of their lifestyles.

Overall, the survey highlights how men in midlife are turning health tracking into a daily routine, using data to make informed decisions and improve their quality of life.
