Cleveland Kitchen, formerly known as Cleveland Kraut, has introduced new fermented products aimed at promoting gut health. The new lineup includes Hot Honey Jalapeños, Pickle Bites, and a range of Everything Sauces.
The Hot Honey Jalapeños feature crunchy, farm-fresh jalapeño slices. These are lightly fermented to support gut health and infused with golden honey for a sweet and spicy flavor. The company recommends adding them to burgers, hot dogs, tacos, nachos, sandwiches, salads, and cheese boards.
Pickle Bites come in three flavors: Classic Dill with garlic, Hot-N-Spicy, and Kimchi, which blends heat and sweetness. These bites are sold in single-serve packages and contain only 10 calories per serving, making them a convenient and healthy snack option.
Cleveland Kitchen’s Everything Sauces include Kimchi Ranch and Dill Pickle Buffalo. Kimchi Ranch is made with the company’s naturally fermented classic kimchi, offering a spicy and tangy taste. Dill Pickle Buffalo combines the tang of fermented dill pickle brine with cayenne pepper heat. Both sauces contain creamy buttermilk and avocado oil, adding richness and smoothness.
Mac Anderson, co-founder and Chief Culinary Officer of Cleveland Kitchen, said, “We’ve taken all the tasty goodness and beneficial bacteria from our fresh, fermented foods and seamlessly worked them into delicious and extremely versatile Everything Sauces. Whether you use them to amp up the taste of a new, home-cooked creation or to revive a leftover, your gut health and well-being will thank you.”
The Everything Sauces are non-GMO Project Verified and low in calories. They are designed for multiple uses such as dressing, dipping, drizzling, and dunking. The sauces come in 8-ounce squeeze bottles and are available at select Whole Foods Market and Target stores. Prices range from $4.99 to $5.99.
